Rebecca Paren specializes in the HPC field, with specific focus on applying problem solving and algorithms to large scale computing solutions. In addition to her technical skills, Rebecca enjoys utilizing intangible skills to share her love of technology with technical and non-technical people, including giving presentations, training, and writing. When not working, Rebecca volunteers with the Anita Borg Institute where she helps plan the Technical Executive Forum held annually at the Grace Hopper Celebration. She’s also a regular fixture at music festivals, including SXSW in Austin. Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
